Everyone makes mistakes. This section is for players who wish to return to WinterSMP with a clean slate.

What Is Forgiveness?

The Forgiveness category allows players to appeal certain punishments such as bans, mutes, or restrictions by showing accountability and support for the server. This is not a right—but a privilege offered for those who truly want a second chance.

Examples of Available Forgiveness Options:

• Unban Token – Request removal of a permanent ban
• Unmute Token – Lift a chat mute or restriction
• Reset Reputation – Clear past warnings (staff discretion)

Important Conditions

• Forgiveness purchases do not guarantee reentry—staff review is still required
• Repeat offenses after forgiveness will result in permanent removal without refund
• This system may only be used once per player (unless stated otherwise)

Note: This is not a “pay to bypass rules” system. It is a final chance to return as a positive community member. All purchases are non-refundable and subject to admin approval.
