Revamp of the original Resources module by Samerton and the NamelessMC team, fixed and modernised for NamelessMC 2.2.5.

• Fixed the Smarty template error that stopped the original from installing on current NamelessMC.
• New icons show straight away, old icons are deleted when a resource is removed or its icon replaced, and an icon that fails to load falls back to the default.
• Redesigned resource cards: price above downloads, author with avatar and group colour, version tag by the name.
• Featured-categories carousel, breadcrumbs and richer descriptions.
